Tracked Royal Mail for UK customers, we may sometimes use alternative
shipping methods if stock is being sent direct from an official
supplier.

Standard Tracked Shipping £3.30 per order

Free Tracked Shipping - Orders £50 and over.

Shipping Costs Worldwide - We ship orders worldwide
with no restrictions. Costs will be displayed for you when you go to
checkout as it Varies by country and item weight, etc. 

Shipping costs Overseas Chart - 

Europe - Sent Air Mail UK Pounds £4.99 per order

USA/Canada - Sent Air Mail - UK Pounds £6.50 per order

Rest of the World - Sent Air Mail UK Pounds  £7.00 per order

Shipping

can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are
restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations.

When
you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for
you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you
choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date
estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Returns Policy

It
is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always
before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be
reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.

Before
attempting to return an order you will need to contact us to request a
returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to
process your return meaning that the process may take longer.
